Venture House is proud to partner with the Office of Queens Borough President, Donovan Richards Jr., 82nd Street Academics, and community partners for a special Mental Health Awareness Month installment of Conversations in Mental Health: We Are Not Alone.
For over 38 years, Venture House has served the Queens community through the Clubhouse model, a non-clinical approach rooted in connection, shared experience, and belonging. This event reflects that by creating space to “talk with” our community.
The evening begins at 5:00 PM with dinner, followed by small group conversations led by Venture House staff, who are social workers, alongside members with lived experience and other mental health professionals, creating a space grounded in both personal experience and professional support.
