DONATEAs we reflect on the past year, one thing is clear, community works. Thanks to the collective efforts of our members, staff, friends, partners, and community of supporters, Venture House continues to be a steady, welcoming presence across New York City every single day of the year.

Young Adults Enrollment Increase
Our Young Adult Program grew through increased enrollment and deeper connections with high schools, colleges and community spaces. Through meaningful conversations and shared resources across the city, members and staff connected with hundreds of Young Adults.

Milestone: Expanded Clubhouse Presence Across NYC!
Earlier this year, the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene celebrated the groundbreaking of Venture House’s new Brooklyn Clubhouse, marking the first Clubhouse to open under New York City’s Clubhouse expansion initiative. While construction has been underway, our new Brooklyn and Bronx programs have operated from transitional spaces, ensuring continuity of care for our members. During this time, we partnered with more than 200 local organizations to strengthen referrals, maintain access to services, and keep our community connected to mental health and wellness support. As we prepare to move into permanent Clubhouse locations this winter, these new spaces will allow Venture House to expand capacity and deliver even greater connection across the communities we serve.
We are expanding in Queens by leasing an additional 5,000 sq. ft. right next door. In addition, Venture House has purchased a building on Hyatt Street with the funding support from Assemblyman Charles D. Fall to increase levels of service on Staten Island.
Venture House operates Clubhouse locations across four boroughs, serving individuals throughout New York City.

The Housing Impact!
This year, we have grown our long standing Scattered Site Housing Program by adding two new Housing Programs specifically for Young Adults from 18 to 26 in Brooklyn and Queens. Stable housing ensures that our Young Adults will be able to pursue their vocational goals.

Citywide Outreach and Community Engagement—Venture House helps to improve quality of life for our local communities.
In response to a growing mental health crisis, Venture House conducted more than 300 outreach and community engagement activities citywide this year. Partnering with local nonprofits and businesses, we connected hundreds of individuals to consistent, welcoming spaces that provide daily structure and support, helping to prevent crises before they escalated to emergency services or hospitalization. This proactive, community-based approach strengthened individual stability while improving neighborhood well-being.
Looking Ahead — Within Reach
As mental health needs continue to grow, Venture House remains committed to meeting people where they are with consistency, compassion, and community. With your support, we continue strengthening our presence across the boroughs, ensuring community-based mental wellness and connection remain within reach for New Yorkers who rely on our services. Together, we are building a future rooted in purpose, access, and belonging.
