We are proud to have been recognized by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, being awarded the opportunity to develop additional Clubhouses in Brooklyn and the Bronx!
DOHMH acknowledges the critical material impact of the Clubhouse Model in supporting the recovery of people living with mental health conditions and providing solutions to isolation and loneliness, poverty, homelessness, criminal justice involvement, hospitalization, and other challenges that result from limited access to social supports, employment, housing, mental health care, and civic engagement.
